He has been a successful technology entrepreneur, private equity investor and senior banking and payments executive for more than 35 years.

 

Formerly CEO of eNett International and PSP International (now Optal), one of the world’s leading Travel industry payments aggregators, Philip has held senior technology management roles in some of the world’s leading financial services institutions in the UK, Europe, Australia and South Africa.

 

Philip is an experienced public/private Company Director, with significant M&A and strategy execution experience.
